• 48–24 hours: No refund, reschedule if available
• <24h / No-show: No refund, no reschedule

• No recording / sharing sessions or circles
• Ceremonies are live, non-repeatable experiences

3. Digital Products (Australian Consumer Law)

• Immediate access = No refunds post-delivery
• Lifetime access to materials

4. Physical Products

• 14 days return UNOPENED only (QLD Consumer Law)
• Change of mind: Customer pays return shipping
• Ritual items opened: No returns (energy transferred)
